Buying handcrafted art made in America should be a pleasant experience and Metal Art by Cherie strives to exceed expectations! Should you be displeased with art you’ve purchased, I will refund your money.

Here are the steps you can take if dissatisfied:

  1. Notify me of the problem within 15 days of purchase via email metalartbycherie@gmail.com or phone 734-623-8496. NOTE: The best time to reach us by phone in the studio ( 734-623-8496) Tuesday-Thursday 10-5pm EST.
  2. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our behalf (ie shipping incorrect items)  in which case we will cover return shipping.
  3. Returns should be addressed to: 4508 Pleasant Lake Rd. Ann Arbor, MI 48103
  4. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product as well as your location. If you reside outside of the continental United States, the cost of shipping will go up accordingly. If this is a concern, please inquire at metalartbycherie@gmail.com prior to placing an order.
